The African Quality Academy, a foremost institution committed to advancing quality culture, standards, and best practices across the continent, is set to hold the African Quality Congress (AQC), the prestigious African Quality Achievements Awards (AQAA), and Exhibition on 30th July 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gras Ballroom, Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.

Now in its 11th year of celebrating quality excellence in Africa, this year’s event is themed “Managing Quality for Growth, Innovation, and Improvement.” Will reflect the growing importance of quality as a strategic tool for driving sustainable growth, operational innovation, and continuous institutional improvement across the continent.

Speaking about the event in statement made available to newsmen recently in Lagos, the organisers said; “African Quality Congress (AQC), a leading pan-African platform for promoting excellence in quality management, policy dialogue, and best practice exchange, has grown into a major continental forum for fostering professional engagement and a culture of continuous improvement. Each year, it brings together leaders from government, business, and civil society to explore actionable strategies and elevate quality standards in both public and private sectors across Africa.”

According to them, “recognition of exceptional contributions to quality advancement, the African Quality Achievements Awards (AQAA) will honour individuals, organizations, and government institutions that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to quality assurance, performance excellence, and customer satisfaction.”

“These Awards recognize achievements in applying quality metrics and best practices to planning, implementation, and control systems that support both corporate and developmental goals in the profit and non-profit sectors.” Said the organisers.

Complementing the Award, the Event will feature a vibrant Quality Exhibition and Showcase aimed at presenting quality-driven innovations, products, and services of organizations. The exhibition offers participants the opportunity to increase brand visibility, interact with key stakeholders, and highlight their leadership in quality excellence.
